Suzanne Ebling, Vice President, Human Resources
Suzanne Ebling joined Goodwill as Vice President for Human Resources in December 2008. She leads a team responsible for administering human resources functions to over 1,200 employees in 21 retail stores and ten job training and education centers across the central and northern Puget Sound region. Suzanne comes to Goodwill after a 23-year career with Macy’s Northwest and its predecessor, The Bon Marché, where she rose to Vice President for Human Resources. Suzanne earned her S.P.H.R. in 2009, is a member of L.W.H.R.A. and served as Human Resource Chair for the Washington D.E.C.A. Board of Directors. She currently sits on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington Human Resources Certificate Program, and she mentors students in the Leadership Program at Western Washington University. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and Speech & Audiology from University of Washington.
