Do you want get in the holiday spirit of giving, lower your tax bill and help people all at the same time?  Then donate to Goodwill by December 31!  All you have to do is gather clothing, books, shoes, toys, electronics, furniture or anything else that you’re not using and take them to one of our 38 donation sites.  Donations are tax-deductible because we are a nonprofit organization, and every donor can receive a tax receipt.

What’s more, your donations help people in the community get jobs to support themselves and their families.  We sell your donations in our 22 retail thrift stores located throughout the central and northern Puget Sound region, and the net proceeds are used to fund our free job training and education classes.  Our ten Goodwill Job Training and Education Centers are lifelines to people who need job skills to find work.

When you donate to Goodwill you are also being eco-friendly by recycling. We participate in a successful program called E-Cycle Washington - just bring in your old televisions, computers, monitors and laptops to one of our donation sites, and they will be recycled responsibly, free of charge.

So gather up those items you no longer need, visit one of our donation sites near you, and enjoy the holiday season knowing you've helped someone in your community continue their path to employment and self-sufficiency.
