Volunteers needed for Glitter Sale and Glitter Gala

It’s glitter season at Goodwill and we’re looking for volunteers to support our Glitter Gala and Glitter sale (both in November).

Glitter Gala Volunteer Positions: Photographers, event day support, event set up and clean up, fashion show support, hair and makeup assistance, and backstage help. Read more. Sign up.

There are many ways to get involved as a volunteer including:

  • Job Training & Education tutor, instructor’s aide, and computer lab assistant
  • Vintage Fashion Collection model, assistant, or researcher
  • Administration and Support Services department support
  • Special events
  • Corporate volunteer opportunities

Session 1: January 9 – March 2, 2017
Session 2: March 20 – May 11, 2017

Session 4: August 14 – October 5, 2017
Session 5: October 23 – December 14, 2017

Theresa is a long-time Seattle Goodwill volunteer.

Five years ago, Theresa was in line to get into the annual Glitter Sale. She was tired of waiting and eager to shop. There had to be a quicker way in. Perhaps, she thought, if I volunteered, I could get in faster.
