Our Youth Programs focus on college and work readiness. With various programs that serve youths aged 15 – 24, the long-term programs help high school students and beyond learn skills that will help them in their education and careers. Seattle Goodwill also offers support to students as they work toward graduation, college, and a career.

Youth Year-Round Program
Seattle location only | Ages 15 - 17
The Youth Year-Round Program provides youth aged 15 -17 in the Seattle School District to prepare for college or a career. Youths with multiple barriers to high school completion are taught the skills they need to graduate, and how to choose a path to higher education or a middle-skill/middle-wage career. Students attend classes and workshops on weekdays during the summer, and on weekends and during breaks throughout the school year. Read more
Youth Aerospace Program
Marysville location only | High school seniors
Goodwill has partnered with Everett Community College and local businesses to help Snohomish County high school seniors prepare for a career in aerospace. This two-year program provides students with a smooth transition through their senior year in high school towards college readiness. Read more
Green Corps Program
Seattle location only | Ages 18 - 24
Youth Green Corps is a partnership between Seattle Goodwill Industries and Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation. This program helps unemployed young adults, ages 18 – 24, with work readiness while learning life and career skills and getting on-the-job training in parks maintenance and environmental practices.
