This Goodwill program helps prepare students for employment in the fast-paced retail sector.
For more than 85 years, Goodwill has operated successful retail stores throughout the region. We are using that expertise to provide a job training program designed to give participants the specific training needed to gain employment in the retail sector.
The retail field is an opportunity for many of the people we serve to take a first step on the employment ladder toward economic self-sufficiency.
The Retail & Customer Service Training Program is a 10-week program that combines classroom and on-the-job training to provide participants with a well-rounded, comprehensive training experience.

GOODWILL JOB TRAINING AND EDUCATION CENTERS
Goodwill’s free job training and education programs are offered throughout the North Puget Sound. Hundreds of students visit our centers each year to get the skills and training needed to find a job and keep a job.
