Find Work with a Conviction History
New Connections is a course tailored to people with conviction histories who are seeking to reenter the workforce. During the course, participants build a strong foundation for their job search, identify their skills, develop a resume, learn how to communicate their history on applications and in interviews and discussions with potential employers. The course wraps up with a mock interview where the participant can practice his or her learned skills. Currently offered at our Bellingham location.
Each of our Job Training & Education Centers has a computer lab open at specific times for community members and Goodwill students to:
- Search for jobs
- Do homework
- Work on English language skills with Rosetta Stone software (available to current students)

Some drop-in labs focus on specific high-demand topics while others are free and open time to work on any of the above tasks. Lab days and times differ depending on location, so contact one of the centers to the right to learn about the drop-in labs that they offer.
